It is a course in Udemy by Norbert.B.Menyhart . You can have full access to the course if you pay some money.

Enrolled people : About 3,366 students.

3.)  H.T.M.L, C.S.S , JavaScript and TypeScript from Scratch (This course teaches typescript too...)

(Free) It is a course in Udemy by Manzoor Ahmed. It is free but it only has limited access and you won't get any certificate for this course.
