C.S.S    

C.S.S stands for Cascading Style Sheets.  

 It is a style sheet language.It is used to describe the presentation of webpages and websites

made using a markup language like H.T.M.L.

It consists of selectors,properties, and values.

Eg: body {

     color: black;

Here, "body" is the selector , "color" is the property and "black" is the value.

It was first proposed and developed by Håkon Wium Lie when he worked with Tim Berners-Lee

and and Robert Cailliau. It was published on December 17,1996.
